  Nice find in 4s Ranch for when you want some simple ramen and sushi.
  
  Very clean, seating inside and out.  
  
  The plus for me was that they offered smaller ramen bowls, I can never finish a regular size bowl at other places.  However, the ramen was just good, not great.  Broth was creamy and thick, but oddly lacked flavor.  Noodles were fresh...but like prepackaged market fresh.  
  
  Sushi was prepared well, but the cuts were a little on the jagged side.  Poke bowl had flavor but a little too much rice.
  
  Waitress was very nice and sweet.  Main course took a little long to come out.  Dessert cake out really quick.  
  
  Over all, would likely come again because it was convenient and had a good enough variety.

  Delivery usually is on spot when called in before ordering thru Grubhub...called before placing order to confirm certain minus TOBIKO being one...
  
  Missing 1 Ototo roll and Salmon Carpaccio missing requested green onions & cilantro...never consistent!

  Recently took our son to lunch here for his 21st birthday. The food was excellent and the service was even better. Our server was attentive without being overbearing and the food came out quickly. Various other staff members came by regularly to clear plates, refill drinks, and generally make sure we had everything we needed. The bento boxes included in the lunch specials were huge and more food than my husband and father could eat. The ramen was better than I remember it tasting when we lived in the area and dined here regularly. With ramen, it's all about the broth and Ototo's tonkotsu is rich, creamy & flavorful. Our son had his "first drink" as a fully legal adult (I've seen the Venmos paying his share for beer runs at college), a hot sake which was on the house. He also received a free birthday dessert-a delicious fried ice cream with whipped cream. As if this wasn't enough, we all shared a complimentary rainbow roll that was an extra made by mistake. We already had a ton of food on the table but who's gonna turn down free sushi?
  
  Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a while. We'll definitely be returning soon!

  I stopped in for a quick dinner since I was in the area. They were not busy for a weekday dinner.
  
  I ordered the matcha latte but instead received the matcha ice tea. They no longer serve the matcha latte. They really should take that off of the menu and servers should reiterate that to the customers.
  
  I started off with chicken karrage and calamari rings. The calamari rings were bland. The chicken karrage was juicy and delicious.
  
  The shrimp tempura udon was okay. I wish they added items to it.
  
  The Ototo roll was delicious and my favorite item on the menu. I love raw sushi rolls without rice.
  
  Their price is average and they do have happy hour which makes up for it.

  I'm back and glad I'm back!!
  Excellent food and service!!!
  All the dishes were truly wonderful and I'm looking forward to coming back as a lunch place, too!
